The more information you can provide us with when requesting your estimate, the more accurate we can be when providing you with pricing. The following form is meant to prompt you, but if you do not understand some of the questions, or if your job is too complex to describe in this manner, please do not hesitate to call us or stop in.
If you are providing the artwork, whether hard copy or electronic file, we would appreciate it if you would provide some sort of example (output, fax, PDF, sample of a similar piece, etc) even if it must be reduced. This helps prevent any surprises which could effect your cost and timeline.
It will be necessary for True Colors to obtain your billing information and credit card number before we can proceed with your job unless you have a line of credit established with us. Until you have established a line of credit, payment will be expected at time of pickup.
