Well-formed filenames:

Use an extension (".jpg" or ".tif" or ".pdf")

(fileforprint.jpg NOT fileforprint)

Contain no spaces

(NOT file for print.jpg)

Contain no control characters

(NOT #file/for print.jpg)

If you use your browser's back button to return to the Client Upload form, it should still be filled out.
